Welcome to P3 Lifestyle. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the P3 Lifestyle website, membership, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Membership & Eligibility

  • Membership in P3 Lifestyle is limited, subject to application and approval, and may be revoked at our sole discretion.

  • Members must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts.

  • We reserve the right to decline or terminate membership without notice if we determine it is not in alignment with our standards of discretion, trust, or compliance.

2. Scope of Services

  • P3 Lifestyle provides curated lifestyle management services, which may include travel, accommodations, event planning, wellness, and related arrangements.

  • Certain Services are delivered in collaboration with third-party providers (“Vendors”). P3 Lifestyle does not own, operate, or control these Vendors and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or performance.

  • Services may change or be discontinued without prior notice.

3. Member Responsibilities

  • Members agree to provide accurate information when applying for or using Services.

  • Members remain responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including immigration, customs, and safety regulations when using Services.

  • Members agree not to misuse the Services, resell access, or engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Membership fees, deposits, and service charges must be paid in accordance with the terms provided at the time of acceptance.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by P3 Lifestyle.

  • Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. Third-Party Providers

  • P3 Lifestyle may engage Vendors to deliver Services, such as airlines, hotels, ground transportation companies, restaurants, and event organizers.

  • P3 Lifestyle makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties about Vendor services.

  • P3 Lifestyle is not liable for injury, loss, delay, inconvenience, or expense arising from acts, errors, or omissions of any Vendor.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, P3 Lifestyle and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of time, or emotional distress.

  • In no event shall P3 Lifestyle’s total liability exceed the fees paid by the Member to P3 Lifestyle in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

  • Members agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless P3 Lifestyle, its affiliates, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

    • Member’s use of Services,

    • Violation of these Terms, or

    • Violation of rights of any third party.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, designs, and materials on the P3 Lifestyle website or provided through Services are the property of P3 Lifestyle and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  • Members may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • P3 Lifestyle values discretion. Information provided by Members is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Members agree not to disclose any proprietary information about P3 Lifestyle or its Vendors without written consent.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

  • Members waive any right to participate in class actions against P3 Lifestyle.

11. Amendments

  • P3 Lifestyle may update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
